About Wilson & Associates
Mark Wilson, Managing Director of Wilson & Assoc., LLC is an accounting and consulting
professional with over twenty-five years of professional experience. He holds both a CMA,
(Certified Management Accountant) and CFE, (Certified Fraud Examiner) designations. Mark has
a MBA in Financial Management, a Bachelor in Business Administration, and a Bachelor of
Accounting Science degrees. He has wide-ranging experience in accounting and auditing, as well
as in private industry, and has worked extensively in the areas of forensic accounting and fraud
examination. He also teaches accounting and financial management at the university level and is a
member of the Counsel for Forensic Education. He is a member of the Institute of Management
Accountants, the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners, the Institute of Internal Auditors, the
Washington Association of Legal Investigators, and the American College of Forensic Examiners
International. In addition, Mark is also a licensed private investigator in Washington State.
